By accessing or using the SuperNinety platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including academies, scouts, referees, and administrators.

2. Description of Service

SuperNinety is a football (soccer) league management platform that provides:

• Academy registration and management tools
• Player profile management and statistics tracking
• Scout access to player profiles and match information
• Match scheduling, lineup management, and live scoring
• Referee assignment and match officiating tools
• League standings and tournament management

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Academy and scout accounts require verification by our administrators before full access is granted. We reserve the right to reject or revoke accounts at our discretion.

4. Player Data and Privacy

Academies are responsible for:

• Obtaining proper consent before uploading player information
• Ensuring compliance with applicable data protection laws (including GDPR where applicable)
• Obtaining parental/guardian consent for players under 18 years of age
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date player information

5. Scout Conduct

Scouts with verified accounts agree to:

• Use player information solely for legitimate scouting and recruitment purposes
• Not share, sell, or distribute player data to unauthorized parties
• Contact players and academies only through appropriate channels
• Respect the intellectual property and confidential information of academies
• Comply with all applicable laws regarding player recruitment

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Service without permission
• Upload malicious code or content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SuperNinety and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute it as necessary to provide the Service.

8. Fees and Payments

Certain features of the Service may require payment of fees. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time with reasonable notice. Failure to pay fees may result in suspension or termination of your account.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACCURACY OF INFORMATION PROVIDED BY USERS, INCLUDING PLAYER STATISTICS AND ACADEMY INFORMATION.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SUPERNINETY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SuperNinety and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Nigeria.
